ive been invited to do the sound on a cruise ship - mate of mine has done sound on a particularly large cruise ship for 2 years and loved every minute of it - anyone else had the experience? im looking to join the really big one - run by Royal Carribean

I worked on the "Silver Wind" about 12 years ago. It is a very interesting thing to do and quite a different working environment, no rigs and derigs for one thing, apart from pool parties. Very good job and a great way to save money as you are paid tax free in international waters. Have a look at an off shore dollar account somewhere as you get paid in dollars. Enjoy. ;D
