What unfriendly people on there! I was reading some posts and they absolutely took peoples heads off if they didnt understand something. I went on trying to find out about programming files for sunlite virtual lighting controller. And The mod deleted the topic and sent me an email about it being piracy and telling me to think before i post! - But is it piracy when sunlite have the developer kits to download and edit the files lol? Anyway he had a nice pleasant email sent back to him about how unfriendly the forum is and that i will never consider going on the forum again ha ha SCREW HIM lol I was warned by you all a while back and I knew I was gonna get grief when i posted. - it was a last resort tho. Any way I have cooled down now lol!

your going to see a lot of that - it's not your fault dude, thats why we have this forum!!
You've probably also realised that people don't seem to take you seriously because of your age - spend your time proving them wrong and focusing on your job, they will respect you for that. Eventually. LOL

Hi Phil, Don't worry about other people. My advice would be to take the "15 year old sound engineer" from your profile. After all, why do people on this forum need to know your 15 year's old? I'm 29 and still learning new stuff every day! Dan www.loudevents.comwww.facebook.com/profile.php?id=661848363

Heck, I'm a 40 year old IT guy trying for a new career! Worse than that I'm a Bassist! All I know is how to set up the desk (from BEHIND the FOH), keep the flaming guitarist away from the darn desk and sort out the singer's babyish cries of "I can't hear" without feedback. If you know anything beyond this stuff you're doing GRRRRREAT!!

Hi Dom & Phil I hope you find us nice and cosy !!!!!!!! ;D We do not mind any question as long as it is polite. I too go to the Blue room and find some stuff a bit purile, however there are some very experienced people there and of course here. I do not want to slag off anthor board here but with all public access boards you need to way up the advice given, even here (shock horror) we have had some missleading advice in the past. And I won't hold the Bassist thing against you (we even have at least one drummer here (rumour is he may be a moderator!! : ) Ian (Sound God of this board)
