They would look better if they were actually flown. not think they might proove to be an arse for setting up and transporting tho. Unless they are all flightcased?
Doubt they will sound that good for the price, - look at the vertecs lol.

Well I aint used them but I have heard them many times, indoors & outdoors and being fully flown to small rigs with 3 cabs a side.
From a junior sound engineer in the audience point of view they sound good, apart from when its a windy outdoor fest and the whole mix turns to mush lol.
They seem to have very good coverage going back over the audience but if its a big stage and there are no center fills and you happen to be in the center you cant hear jack on the HF side.
I was very surprised when I first heard flown subs - well when the propper engineer was back in control! wow! I doubted flown subs at first to be that good in the way that they 'punch' to subs on the deck! But I was impressed. Mind it was 16K of subs per side flown lol
I might hopefully have a chance to use them next year with a band I work for - if they get into a local festival then i can get in as their engineer ;D. If it goes to plan that cant be bad to put down as experience for a 16 yr old lol. - providing I do a good mix!
Probably be using a Digico D5 if the company supplying the sound doesnt have it out that day.

vertec is pretty good. its loud and in ya face, easy to rig, ground stackable and it also has pretty good software to help configure the trim and amplitude shading of the array. plus it sounds good too.
