If anyone missed this year's Cropredy, you should be able to experience it on DVD at some point. We recorded Fairport's headline set on Saturday night, with Nyquest taking care of the video.
Mixing of their 4-hour set is under way. One of our bigger jobs - At some points there were 13 people on stage (both Gerry Conway and Dave Mattacks on drums at the same time!), which meant 63 tracks of audio. Recorded to three Tascam MX2424s, with another three running as safety.
I wasn't too well acquainted with the Fairports previously, but I've become a big fan following this gig. Man, those guys can really play.

On Saturday morning? I suppose it's almost as much of a real ale festival as it is a music event There was another smaller video crew doing documentary stuff independently of our outfit. But it was all part of the same production. It remains to be seen what makes it to the DVD... They probably shot ten times as much footage as they'll use, so odds are you're safe! Paul PS I think the Fairports play the 100 Club later this year, if anyone wants to check them out.
