I chased-up my order with Blue Aran and my replacement compression driver diaphragms, are being sea shipped from the US and will not be at Blue Aran until 10th, August.
My DBX iEX31 and additional 231 graphics from DV247 are also delayed. Just as well I am not busy during the holiday months.
Hopefully, my brain and my gear will not get frazzled again, once I have repaired the comp's and installed the new EQ's.
Cheers, John

My DBX iEQ31 and 231 graphics arrived from DV247 last week and I have re-organized my FOH racks and fitted them.
Both FOH racks are now fully equipped with DBX and Lexicon, with an Omnitronic Power Distributor/rack lighting unit in the top rack.
Now just waiting for the replacement compression driver diaphragms and my rig will be road ready again. John.

Finally, my replacement compression driver diaphragms have arrived from BlueAran, all the way from Mexico by ship, (where they were made according to the boxes). Hopefully I will have recovered from my latest 24 Fighting Camels gig the night before and change them out this Sunday. Cheers, John

I actually bottled testing the first comp after I changed out the diaphragm, due to the warning notice regarding " this part is not self centering" and other technical warnings.
I instead, replaced all 4x complete compression drivers, with the ones I had ordered for field replaceable spares.
I have requested further advice from the Speakerplans.com forum, as I was not warned of these issues when they gave me their original response, as to how easy they were to change-out. John.

I have not had a response from the Speakerplans.com forum. Has anyone on here, had the experience of compression driver diaphragm change-outs?
Just looking for advice on how to align the "not self-centering" diaphragms. Does it require some sort of jig or special aligning studs for the 4x bolt holes? Cheers, John

I e-mailed loudspeakersplus.com and received this reply from Ed Knecht service@loudspeakersplus.com
"Hi John, those diaphragms are pretty much self centering. They should be tested with a signal generator to be certain but 98% of the time they are ok."
I will now change-out the other 3 and test them. John.
